Safely pack your gaming unit with bubble wrap and take it your preferred shipping location. But we recommend you to buy a fedex laptop shipping box. This is the number one way to ship your system. Step Three:
Knights gaming repair receives your console and we call you to let you know your console arrived safely. Once your unit comes in from delievery you will be put in a line for repair, when the tech opens it they will begin cleaning and repairing your console. The tech will call you from a 801 number or they will email you. Once consoles are received, they are repaired & shipped back out within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking is sent to you via E-Mail immediately upon shipment.
