I have a stuck game/movie/blu-ray inside, do I get that back?
We guarantee you will get your game/move/blu-ray back that is in your PlayStation 3 console.
Do I receive my original console back?
Yes of course! We repair your original console, and have it shipped back to you within 12-72 hours! This is why we ask you for your console serial number upon check out. If you do not have your console serial number we will take other steps to assure you receive your original equipment.
How long does it take Knights gaming repair to repair my console?
As soon as we receive your console it takes us less than 72 hours to get it repaired and fully functional. Note: Parts can delay your console repair time. 99% of the time we have parts on location. Very rare are main machine can brake and could cause major delays, but this is only happened once..
What if my unit is not fixable or damaged beyond repair?
In the rare circumstances we are unable to repair your console, we have a few options to choose from.

Will I lose data or saved games on my hard drive?
No! Unless your hard drive is damaged, you will not lose any saved information! If you want a hard drive upgrade, we transfer all your data to the new hard drive.
